Description:
If you have been looking for a high quality Commander sized 1911 as a concealed-carry or home/auto defense option this would be the perfect choice.  It started life as a Smith & Wesson Model SW1911SC, which was one of S&W's top of the line models that featured a scandium frame.  It has been customized with high quality parts to make it a perfect self defense pistol.  It features a full-length guide rod, ambi safety, adjustable trigger (with trigger job), an arched mainspring housing, Wilson Combat beveled magazine well housing, Wilson Combat slide stop, and an upgraded hammer.  All of the internal parts have been upgraded as well.  The combat style night sights are factory but are no longer bright in low light.  This S&W 1911 has been carried and shows some small marks here and there as you can see in the pictures but still has a great look to it.  The two tone finish is very attaractive.  Mechanically this Smith is perfect and is barely "broken in".  The action is nice and tight and all of the controls work perfectly.  The trigger is superb, the bore is minty, and it will feed FMJ or hollow point ammo flawlessly.  To recreate this S&W 1911 would cost more than double the selling price.
