Description:
Sig Sauer Model P229 chambered in .357 Sig.  The pistol is fitted with a 3.9 inch barrel, 3-Dot Night Sights (they work, but are dim), black plastic wrap-around grips, built on a black hard-anodized aluminum frame, stainless steel slide, double action with frame mounted de-cocker, and comes with its original box, instruction manual, disassembly tool, and (2)12-round magazines.This is an older P229 with a German made frame. This Sig Sauer was purchased from a former Federal Air Marshal, and this was his duty weapon which he purchased upon retirement. The pistol is in excellent mechanical condition, but does show some light carry wear that you would expect from a duty weapon. Sig pistols are renowned for their quality, accuracy, and reliability.
