1997 Vintage Customized Ruger .22 Caliber Mark II Target Pistol

Description: If you have been looking for a fun .22 caliber farm and range toy with serious accuracy potential this customized Ruger Mark II Target pistol would be the perfect choice. Manfactured in 1997 and featuring a factory blue finish, a 4" inch heavy "bull" barrel, and factory adjustable sights, this Ruger Mark II Target has been customized with a weighted muzzle break to aid in holding the pistol steady and to reduce muzzle-flip, a hand-tuned target trigger with adjustable over-travel, and a top-quality Millett Microclick Target rear sight. As you can see from the pictures, this Ruger has been carried and shot but remains in great shape overall. The blue finish shows some minor wear and handling marks but is still attractive, free from any bad spots or eyesores. The bore in the 4" inch bull barrel is in excellent condition, bright and clean with no pitting or visible imperfections. The original factory checkered black plastic grips are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, repairs, or major wear. The red and silver Ruger medallions are intact and in excellent condition, and both grips are tight to the frame with no wiggle. The action on this Ruger is slick and smooth, and it slams home into battery with authority when released. All of the controls on this Mark II Target are in perfect working order, including the elevation and windage adjustments on the Millett rear sight. The trigger on this customized Mark II has to be felt to truly be appreciated, it breaks cleanly with a very light pull at the second stage. There is no doubt that this Ruger will function 100% like the day it left the factory should be capable of superb accuracy with the right load. This Ruger comes with one factory 10-round magazine in perfect working order. This customized Ruger would be an excellent addition to any rimfire pistol collection and should be a blast to shoot!
