We are offering for sale a Connecticut Valley Arms HAWKEN percussion rifle chambered in .50 caliber. This gun has a RIFLED BORE. It remains in good fully functioning condition.
28" barrel remains good with very light scattered wear; No damage noted. Fixed front blade sight; Rear adjustable sight. Bore is good with scattered oxidation wear; Good rifling. The sideplate and hammer show scatted wear. Hammer and trigger function properly. Brass trigger guard and buttplate show light handling wear. Stock is very good without damage; HANDSOME WOODGRAIN. Ramrod reaches beyond muzzle.
