Description: Synopsis: Desirable W & F Bern 1929 Luger, Swiss Military, Matching Dated Holster, 57687, FB01040 Description: Standard mid-production Swiss Military 1929 Luger, this example made “12.39” (December 1939) complete with matching dated holster and later dated shoulder strap. Standard features include 4.75” barrel with drift adjustable front sight and fixed “U” rear sight. Full matching serial number on barrel, left rail, and rear toggle link with last three digits repeated on side plate and bottom of barrel extension. All small parts with usual inspector markings. “P” release marking on right rail. Forward frame recess marked “12.39” (December 1939). W/F logo on back of frame. Uniformly checkered chocolate brown grips with matching magazine plug. Complete with correct matching dated Military holster dated “39” and later Military strap dated “43”. Condition: VG/EXC factory blue, light holster wear as one might expect from a pistol that has seen minimal use. Mirror Bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG/EXC holster with VG strap.
