Description: Numbers matching on frame, slide, barrel and not far off from serial number on the magazine .| The Astra Model 1921 (sold commercially as the Model 400) was adopted in 1921-1923 and was produced until 1946. It armed both sides in the Spanish Civil War and 6000 were purchased by Germany during WWII. It is an unusually designed blowback system with an unlocked breech that is chambered with the powerful 9mm Largo round and has been made to fire .38 ACP as well. Also will chamber 9mm Baynard/Bergmann and 9mm parabellum |||| Condition: Excellent. 99% original blue finish with just some minor storage wear. Black wood-checkered grips are in very good condition with storage wear. Mechanically functions. Bore is very good. An accurate service pistol due to its lower axis over shooting hand.
