WW2 Nazi Germany Mauser HSC .32 ACP Pistol w/ Holster
** Eagle 135 Waffenamt **
Description: This Mauser HSC was procured for the German Army (Heer) in the early ti mid 1940's and has the German Army acceptance "Eagle 135" Waffenamt on the left side triggerguard. The original "military blue" factory finish is beautiful and in excellent condition except for one area on the right-front of the slide. This area has a well-defined border and shows finish loss and light pitting typical of "blood pitting". The rest of the gun has such an attractive and clean finish that it most likely has to be blood or a chemical spilled on it to cause that kind of damage. The barrel in this HSC is mirror-bright and in excellent condition. The rifling still looks new with sharp lands and grooves, and there is no visible erosion, pitting, or imperfections of any kind. All of the numbered parts of this pistol are original and matching, including the barrel, frame, and slide. The original factory grips are in good shape other than a small piece of wood missing on the leading edge of the left grip just behind the trigger pin. Both sides are perfectly matching in color and in degree of wear to the "checkered" panels. The grips are perfectly fit to this gun and tight to the frame without any wiggle. All of the controls on this Mauser are in perfect working order and the slide to frame fit is excellent. We have no doubt that this HSc would just just as well today as it did during WW2. It comes complete with the original unmarked WW2-period black leather holster that it was brought to the States in after the war. The leather is still flexible and soft, the stitching is intact and tight, and the closure strap and belt loop are in great shape. There is no doubt that this HSC rig was some U.S. veteran's war trophy and his pride and joy. This Nazi Mauser HSC would be an excellent addition to any military arms or WW2 weapons collection.
