Synopsis: Mauser P38, BYF 43, German Military Pistol, 6929f, FB01207 Description: Very attractive, original finish, and all matching Mauser made P38 from 1943, caliber 9mmP. Standard configuration pistol with 5 inch barrel having drift adjustable front sight and U notched rear sight. Slide marked P.38 followed by “byf/43” and serial number. Usual safety markings. Right side of slide with inspection markings. All matching with full serial number on frame, slide, barrel and last 3 digits on locking block. Fitted with brown phenolic grips and “P.38” magazine having the Mauser Eagle/135 acceptance stamp on spine. Condition: VG/EXC bright original salt blue finish with fine handling marks and sharp edge wear in usual places. Comparable condition grips. Mirror bright bore with sharp rifling.
