Description:
<<<<<SOLD>>> An interesting Greman DMW Luger in 9mm caliber with a 4" barrel and a very good bore. This gun is intriguing as it has a large script M engraved at the base of the trigger guard,and the side plate noe mostly grey with no finish was replaced and stamped with the correct SN 55 , yet there is an arsenal proof next to it I can't identify. All exterior parts are matching with number 55 and the SN is 4055. Gun has strong blue on upper half with the grip straps mostly faded to grey from use and the left frame flat is also gry from being carried in a holster..looks like a vet bring back atthe end of WWII. Action is crisp and the grips are good and appear to be original with worn areas haveing been helped with more non-professional checkering Wooden base of mag non-matching and numbers are faded, but wooden base is very good.. Would male a good shooter, and I'm not a collector of these gus so not sure what the engraved M under the lower trigger guard or the arsenal proof on the side plate would mean ..Shipping may be higher than stated as shippers raise their prices twice year without notice!
