J.C. HIGGINS Model 80 (High Standard DURA-MATIC SEARS M-80), Excellent + Condition


Description:
    This J.C. HIGGINS MODEL 80 was manufactured (1955-1962) by High Standard under contract by SEARS. This inexpensive pistol must have been sold to someone who couldn’t afford to feed it because it remains in excellent condition. The photos show the only flaw, some minor pin size spots on the barrel. As I wrote this with the gun in hand, I managed to scrape the marks off with my thumbnail. I’ll amend my condition statement, it’s flawless. The oversize grips have no chips or cracks but be warned this is not a pistol for a left-handed shooter. The outward appearance is like new and it is tight and fully functional with an excellent bore. Overall, it shows little signs of use and looks like new.  The second Mag. shown is included. This SEARS pistol is a nice addition to any High-Standard collection

SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $40.00.  Checks to be made out, and mailed to:

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.
          C&R firearms, over 50 years old, can be shipped to a Type 03 Federal Firearms License address.
A signed valid license copy will be required for shipment to only the license address.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation that the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee.
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in-state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
