HK, H&K, P9S Sport, 9mm with Matching Conversion Kit, All Matching, 1981, Excellent Cond!
Description: This Pistol Kit is from an estate of a firearm collector who purchased LNIB, VG, Excellent Condition firearms, and never fired them. They were then stored in a safe and never fired. Available for sale is a very nice (All Matching) HK Model P9S Sport Pistol Kit. The left side of the Sport slide bears stampings of the manufacturer information and model designation, followed by the serial number and a German "(Eagle) / N" commercial nitro proof. The right side of the slide indicates HK's importer information. Right side of frame bears a German "(Eagle) / N" commercial nitro proof, followed by HK's date code "IB" (1981), and the Ulm proofhouse stamp. This HK kit features two slides & barrels in 9mm Parabellum, or (9 Para). Features include a slide with a front sight, 5.5” barrel fitted with a Serial matching target counterweight with an integral front sight, and adjustable square notch rear sight. The second matching slide and barrel has the same markings, proof marks and serial numbers but has a standard 4” barrel with Night Sights. Also included is the special wood Target hand grips as well as the standard HK Polymer grip. Pistol kit is kept in a HK hard carry case that contains foam cutouts for all of the accessories: Frame, Barrels, Slides, Grips, (2) 9x19 Magazines, and 2 special tools used for Trigger, Sights, Counterweight adjustments. Overall Condition is VG to Excellent, with metal outside bluing finish at 98%. The Slides both show very little wear of bluing on the moving parts or friction points. There is some slight finish wear on the inside of frame that would be considered light wear of the factory finish. Both bores are mirror like, exhibiting standard HK polygonal rifling. Both Bolt faces look almost new indicating a low round count, no corrosion, erosion, etc. Wood grip does not show any notable or remarkable wear or scratches, dings. The bottom of wood grip may have very light use or handling when pistol was being loaded, or sitting on a rest, etc. Carry Case looks Very Good with no scratches on the corners or hinges of the stainless hardware, or on the black leather/synthetic covering. Both Carry Case locks close up securely, and there are (2) keys to securely lock up the case as needed. There is not an Owners Manual included with this P9S kit. I can only ship to the lower 48 states….Sorry, but no sales to CA. Make sure this pistol is legal to transfer and own in your City/State before purchasing. Shipping will be a flat $50 in the lower 48. FFL license is required for transfer. I can only accept USPS Money orders and Certified checks as payment.
