"P" marking on trigger guard. Sights original with original stake marks.
4.7" Barrel, lands and grooves are crisp, bore is brightly polished.
Comes with original military leather holster with name "Gumpert" written in faded pen (on flap).

Trigger breaks clean a hair over 3.0 lbs using official NRA trigger weights. No detectable roll before break even under magnification. Really outstanding even by bullseye standards.

Slide to frame fit is supremely smooth with no play.
World class fit, in the same league as SV Infinity or Custom Bullseye Pistol (e.g. Bob Marvel).

It is astonishing these pistols were produced to such a high standard in quantities sufficient to arm a military. The cost and care this represents is truly extravagant, doubtful to be repeated again.
