** SOLD ** Erma LA22 Luger Replica Pistol in .22 Long Rifle **Mfg 1967 - Snap Case and Papers**
Description: Here we have a very well made Erma LA22 Luger clone chambered in .22 long rifle. Erma although no longer in existence, produced multiple unique arms in its history. Their roots can be traced back to Nazi Germany, when they were primarily producing MP-40 submachine guns along side Erfurt and .22 conversion kits for military weapons used for training purposes. In the 1960-1970’s Erma realized the potential of new production Luger’s in the market. Therefore designed and produced the LA-22, a Luger clone that shoots the .22LR round. They released several other models before they went under in 1997. This particular pistol is in very good physical and mechanical condition. The front of the grip part of the frame has some finish imperfections probably from being stored in the original case which lined in red felt. The action works smoothly and the entire pistol seems to be of very high quality construction and materials. The grips are very nicely checkered. Case and paperwork are included.
