COLT CIVIL WAR CENTENNIAL BOXED SET .22 SHORT MANUFACTURED 1961 SOLD
Description: This is a Colt Civil War Centennial cased pair of pistols, chambered in .22 short. They are a reduced scale replica of the Colt 1860 Army revolver. Colt produced a low number of these firearms as a collector’s item in 1961. The barrels and loading levers are one piece, as the frames and grip frames. The hammers move, but don’t cock unless their respective trigger is pushed forwards at the same time. The cylinders do not turn. These pistols have gold plated frames and glossy black painted barrels. These are part of a large Colt .22 collection that we purchased. Sadly, they weren't stored properly and the side up each pistol that was facing "up" was damaged. As you can see the rest of each pistol looks great.
