2 Colt ANVZ 1911 100th Anniversary C engraved

Description:
Here is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own 2 consecutive serial numbered Colt ANVZ 100 anniversary 1911's. These ANVZ anniversary guns were produced by the Colt Custom Shop and limited to 100 total guns. These are the rarest Colt anniversary guns by far. The Tier II anniversary gun was a 750 numbered set with machine roll engraving, and still sell in the 3K-4K range. These beautiful guns were limited to 100 total pieces, and were hand engraved by some of the finest engravers that work for Colt. I have letters for both of these from John Adams Jr. stating that he engraved them for Colt. According to Colt records, these were offered in 4 levels of engraving, A,B, C,& D. Only about 30 were ordered with C engraving, and these two consecutive guns are both C engraved. As these were the flagship anniversary gun for the 1911's 100th anniversary, the hand engraving is beautiful, the gold enlay is stunning,the deep high polish blue is mirror like, and the real Colt Custom Shop pre ban ivory grips are stunning. As you can see, the gold enlay serial numbers show these to be serial #9 & #10. These are probably the lowest serial numbers tha got past the sticky fingers of the 
Colt executives. The last internet sale of one of these single guns was $8000, and it was only B engraved. Also included is the custom Colt disply case and all boxes and inserts that shipped with the guns.Please contact me if you have any questios or would like to see more photos.
