A full package deal If you're not familiar with E. Arthur Brown Company’s (EABCO) BF falling block action, the BF is a small frame gun that feels and points comfortably like a handgun should. From the specially designed target grips to the carefully tuned trigger pull, it is designed for optimum handgun shootability. EABCO used only airgauged, match grade barrels in these guns for best accuracy, turned, threaded, and chambered on center, then, finished with an 11º crown. The inherent accuracy of the BF action with this much barrel quality... is superb. This pistol is chambered in 6.5 BRM was the most popular chambering at the time for silhouette competition. But the cartridge is an excellent choice for target and hunting up to deer sized game. Made by E. Arthur Brown Company, the Model BF pistol has a rich history of excellence in competition marksmanship. There are stories & articles online going back to 1997 up through 2001 where this model pistol was used to dominate matches. In 2001, eight out of the top 10 competitors at the International Handgun Metallic Silhouette Association (IHMSA) Championships were shooting Model BF pistols. In the hands of experts like Richard Mishler, Barry Whitford, Steve White and Dennis Trautman, all shooting BF pistols, were winning and dominating the 200 – 500 meter IHMSA Championships of the day. This pistol was treasured by a family member in Minnesota before he passed and target fired at the range where he tested his hand-loads and skills at 200 yard range shooting. The reloading die set is a 2 die set by Forster Products. There are 35 hand-loaded 6.5 BRM rounds in the green box pictured. The load recipe is on the inside of the box lid and more info from his load-notes will be provided. All cases are all Starline & these are new cases, never fired. If you have questions about the load or recipe, please ask. IF you want these live cartridges, you can request them and I will ship them to you separately from the rifle and all you'll pay is the actual shipping cost. I've done this before and the shipping is by UPS Ground and is typically between 37.00 to 45.00. You can wait to decide until we know your shipping address, then I can get the actual cost prior to shipping. Please note that these cartridges are NOT being sold.
