This pistol is a full size flintlock with a massive .67 caliber, which would be a great deterrent to a “ne’er do well” looking at this big black hole. This one also has a built in ramrod that is captive on a hinge beneath the barrel so that this crucial piece of the gun would not be easily lost. This type of flintlock is what would be carried in the busy streets of Paris or London in the pocket or coat of a gentleman. The overall condition is good. Strong action. Good bore for its age.
