Early 1800s Antique London Proofed FLINTLOCK Pistol .67 CAPTIVE RAMROD “17” Early 19th Century BIG BORE “MANSTOPPER”
Description: Early 1800s Antique London Proofed FLINTLOCK Pistol .67 CAPTIVE RAMROD “17” Early 19th Century BIG BORE “MANSTOPPER” Here we present an antique British Flintlock Coat/Belt Pistol, made circa the early-19th Century in London, England. This pistol is a full size flintlock with a massive .67 caliber, which would be a great deterrent to a “ne’er do well” looking at this big black hole. This one also has a built in ramrod that is captive on a hinge beneath the barrel so that this crucial piece of the gun would not be easily lost. This type of flintlock is what would be carried in the busy streets of Paris or London in the pocket or coat of a gentleman. The overall condition is good. Strong action. Good bore for its age. Solid stock and grip with an average amount of wear from use. “17” is marked on the lock. This example has been reconverted to flintlock. Own the original! This is a legitimate antique and not a reproduction. Barrel is 9-1/4 inches. Caliber: .67 Flintlock Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. Delivered directly to your door by express mail! Guaranteed AUTHENTIC & Includes CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. ancestryguns $1800 #247703 Price: $1,800.00 Buy Now Antique: Yes Contact Seller |
