"U.S. Model 1816 Flintlock pistol By S. North .54 caliber (AH8649) CONSIGNMENT

Description:
"NSN, circa 1817-1820, .54 caliber, 9-1/16th "" round smoothbore barrel. Barrel and other iron parts are s smooth grey patina with light surface freckling visible. Lock plate is early style with ""S.NORTH/U-EAGLE-S/ CON"". The ""MIDLT"" has worn away. Stock is very good with light nicks, dings and scratches, a handsome cartouche is still present. Action holds at half and full cock. Consignment.
