Norinco Type 54-1 Tokarev Pistol (9mm, ACC INT'L/Intrac Knoxville TN) 213-B

Description:
This pistol is a Norinco Model 213-B, a commercial variant of the Tokarev pistol chambered in 9mm Parabellum. The Russians first developed the Type TT-33 Tokarev in the early 1930’s as their service pistol, and it served them until 1952 when it was replaced by the Makarov. Through the 50’s and 60’s, it was used by dozens of countries, with most Soviet bloc countries making their own variant. The Chinese began making their copy of the Russian TT-33 Tokarev in 1951 as the Type 51 pistol using mostly Russian parts. By 1953, they were using their own parts, and the model designation changed to Type 54 when it was adopted by their military the next year. The designation changed again to Type 54-1 when a safety was added to the left side of the frame to get around the US Gun Control Action of 1968.

This Model 213-B pistol is a commercial version made by Norinco for export. It has a couple of features to differentiate it from the military version such as angled slide serrations, the thumb safety, and being chambered for 9mm, but is otherwise the same as the Type 54-1. This pistol is a little large for a carry pistol, but is just right for home protection or for combat pistol matches at your local gun club. With its all steel frame and slide and rugged Russian design, this pistol should provide you with shooting enjoyment for decades. That said, these pistols haven't been imported since 1994, so there may be collectors who would like to add one to go along with other Tokarev variants. Please see our photos and good luck in your !

On firearms, we typically only accept credit cards or money orders/cashier's checks.

• Sale prices reflect a 3.5% cash/money order discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3.5% to the total cost for such purchases.

We, in certain cases, at our discretion, may agree to allow an item to be put on layaway. Layaways must be agreed to prior to purchase. Our layaway policy is 1/2 of the final total as down payment with 60 days to pay the balance. Cancellation results in a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price.

Shipping
We ship firearms via UPS. They must be sent to an FFL. Hand guns must travel via Air, whilst long guns and other items can go via Ground. Non-firearm accessories, such as magazines, can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at the customer's request. We provide tracking numbers with all of our transactions. If you'd like a shipping estimate, please contact us through the and provide, at the very least, a ZIP code as to where the item would be sent.

• If paying by credit card, store policy is to ship to the billing address of the card.
• If paying by Money Order, we can ship to wherever it's legal.
• The exception is, obviously, serialized items.

Legal Policy
We can only ship items to areas in which they are legal. If you live in a more restrictive area, please check your local laws before or buying. We are, for the most part, willing to ship to the 50 states as long as it's legal. We may require proof of legality before proceeding with a transaction that is exempt from a normal law.

NFA Information
Some items are regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA). This includes, but is not limited to, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and suppressors. Please check with your local and state municipalities for any further regulatory requirements. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they comply with all NFA rules and applicable laws. Such items MUST be transferred to a Class 3 FFL via a Form 3, and then transferred to you via a Form 4 from your local Class 3 dealer. The process of getting a Form 3 approved by the BATFE takes on average 6-8 weeks. Your patience is appreciated.
