1911 Remington Rand / Colt US Property Marked 1911 **With 100 Rounds Original US Millitary1943 Ammo in unopened Box's**

Description:
This old US Military workhorse is a real testament of the 1911. It has a Colt manufactured frame US Property marked SN 124280 which started life in 1915. Just after WWI Started. Later it was fitted with a Remington Rand slide and saw more action. The grips are mismatched one with reinforcing rings and one without both appear to be original for the pistol but of different years. I acquired this pistol from a Marine Vietnam Veterans family. It was told to me that he carried this 1911 during Vietnam. Lots of history with theis pistol. Barrel is in excellent condition. 

Also included is Two 50 round box's of WWII vintage 1943 EC (Evansville Chrysler) manufactured 1911 Ammunition marked for the 1911. The ammunition shown in the photo has been opened so you can see the quality. You will receive 2 unopened boxes exactly like the ones pictured. This ammo was repackaged in 1944 by the military and sealed in a spam can untill I opened the can a year ago. These two baxs came from that can.
