Description:
Here we have a Sterling Arms Mark II pistol chambered in .380 auto caliber. The Sterling is one of the few .380 automatic pistols made in the United States and it has excellent quality of construction and it is surprisingly accurate. The action is a straightforward blowback with an external hammer, and with a double-action trigger. There is a slide-mounted safety which, when operated, moves a steel barrier behind the firing pin, so that should the hammer fall it cannot discharge a cartridge.This particular example is in very good overall condition. There is some high edge wear on the pistol and some finish discoloration on the bottom of the slide at the muzzle. The rear sight is adjustable for elevation and windage. The wood grip panels exhibit some scuffing and very minor dents. The gun is in very good condition overall.
