This is a Manurhin pistol model PP made in France under the Walther license. It is chambered in 7.65mm which is equivalent to .32 acp. Manufacture date run from early 1950‚‚s to early 1960‚‚s. I believe this was manufactured in 1961 but cannot guarantee it. The serial number is: 46384.

A few bits of information have been intentionally removed from this pistol. On the slide, the word \"WALTHER\" has been crossed through with a series of XXXXX‚‚s. There are two X‚‚s just above the trigger guard. It looks like \"LP By\" under the X‚‚s. On the bottom of the left grip, something has been removed. From looking at pictures of similar pistols, I think it should have read \"LIC. WALTHER. PP\". One the top of the right grip, the word \"WALTHER\" has been removed from the logo banner. This firearm was imported by Valley Sun Dist. Inc. LA Ca.

Reading through some forums, it sounds like only Walther was allowed to import these firearms into the US at this time period. All other importers had to remove any sign of Walthers name in order to import them as Manurhin. Please do your own research. I‚‚ve tried to be thorough but cannot guarantee everything I‚‚ve read is 100% accurate.

Overall, this pistol is in very good condition. There is some bluing wear on the front by the muzzle and on the grip. The inside grip has slight pitting.
