Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket, Cal. .25 ACP, 1921 Vintage, Nice Original Pistol

Description:
The Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket was made from 1908 to 1946.  The pistols were fitted with a 2 inch barrel, fixed sights, checkered hard rubber grips on early production and wood later, were blue or nickel finished, and chambered in .25 ACP..  This 1921 vintage Model 1908 is as described and is blue finished.  It is in excellent original condition, retaining 98% original blue, with assorted minor handling marks, mostly on the front strap and muzzle of slide, along with a number of minor corrosion spots on the right side of the slide near the muzzle.  The trigger, grip safety, and safety lever retain most all of their original color case hardened finishes.  The grips fit well and are in excellent condition, along with its unmolested screw-head..  The bore is excellent, is bright with sharp rifling, and the action functions perfectly.  Sorry, no box or paper-work.  A nice example of its type.                            CURIO & RELIC
