This is a third variation Winchester Model 1880 Reloading Lever Tool in for the 1876 Winchester in 40-60 WCF without the decapping pin. The tool is marked Winchester and has the Sep.14, 1880, patent date. Over all in very good condition with signs of use and light oxidation and a good part of the finish. A scarce tool.;
