Boye Chef Knives:
1. 6" David Boye Dendritic Steel Chef Knife, American Bald Eagle carved on India Sambar stag by Paul Grussenmeyer, Mozambique garnet eyes, etched and carved bald eagle scene by Francine Larstein on the blade
2. 8" David Boye Dendritic Steel Chef Knife, Arctic timberwolf carved on India Sambar stag by Paul Grussenmeyer, Mozambique garnet eyes, etched and carved timberwolf scene by Francine Larstein on the Blade

Knives were made in 1989, carvings in 1992. These are the only teo carved handles Grussenmeyer has ever done onany Boye Chef's knives. I will prefer not to break the set, but if obliged each knife can be had separately. Both knives bears the scarce hand signed signatures.
