William P. Bagwell one-of-a-kind engraved dagger by the maker,( the only two engravers that worked on Bill's knives were Wilton English and the late great E.C. Prudhomme) double brass guard with fancy engraving, blade is stamped BAGWELL on the obverse and bears the extremely scarce marking in small lettering DOUBLE EXTRA FORGED on the reverse, original lether scabbard is included as are all others Bagwell's I am selling. This is the only dagger-type knife Bill has ever made with ivory. Seen in catalog # 3 as being a "San Francisco Dagger."
