This is a 40’s era Official Folsom Audley ST138 OP 6 Holster, right hand in black, trooper style police holster for the Colt's Official Police .38 caliber revolver with a 6 inch barrel. This holster comes with the first and famous Audley pistol retention system which is still functioning perfectly on this holster. The holster is in good to very god condition. The hanger portion is tight stitched, has no cracks and swivels well. The single row of loops all functional but the very first that has a small split about 1/8th of long. The holster has loose and missing stitching around the opening. The open toe and side stitching are in very good repair and comes with the original leg strap, which has a few dry cracks. All the hardware including the two d rings are operational. This holster will make a great addition to a Police or Colt collection.;
