Small Ring Short Action Semi-Inletted Mauser Stock

This listing is for one unfinished semi-inletted walnut rifle stock. The stock was designed for installation on Model 93 and Model 95 Mauser bolt action rifles. These rifles are often referred to as Spanish Mausers, but were used by many other countries. Additionally, the stock should fit Swedish Model 94 and Model 96 rifles. The stock has a fairly small barrel channel for those wishing to install the original military barrel. The barrel channel can of course be enlarged if a somewhat larger sporter barrel is being installed. The walnut stock wood has a good amount of tiger stripes and other color variations which will give the finished stock a lot of character. The only significant issue is a rough spot on the forward right side of the forearm. It can be seen on photos # 4 and # 5. Photo #6 is looking down on the barrel channel. On this photo when comparing the right side to the left side one can see this rough spot is not deep into the wood. This flaw can be taken out when the forearm is thinned down and finished with the rest of the stock’s exterior. The buyer should be aware this is a semi-inletted rifle stock not a completely finished stock. It will require hand work to result in a completely finished condition. In the stock’s current state it weighs 2 pounds and has a length of 32 5/8 inches. The stock will be shipped in a corrugated cardboard carton. I am a private individual, not a business of any sort. As such, I do not have any means of taking credit cards, Pay Pal, personal checks and etc. For payment I accept a Money Order or a Bank Cashier’s Check. Shipment will be made promptly if paid by Postal Money Order. Other forms of payment will take a little longer to clear my bank before shipment is made. Personal or business checks will not be accepted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to assure this purchase is legal to be received in the state and locale it would be shipped to. There is a 3 day from the date of delivery inspection period if the stock is unaltered. The stock is priced at $130 plus a flat charge of $30 for shipping.
