Winchester Repeating Arms Company Catalogues 1865 - 1914 Bound Set

The Winchester Repeating Arms Company collected 54 original trade catalogs in 1910 and bound them in 10 leather-bound volumes for the patent library. When the company was sold to United States Repeating Arms Company in 1981, the collection was discovered and acquired by a Winchester enthusiast.
The set was reprinted by Armory Publications in 1992 and included two additional volumes taking the study up to 1918. The books originally sold for $900 for a 12-volume set. Only 600 sets were printed. The complete set is out of print and no longer available.
This is a reprint of ten bound volumes of Winchester trade catalogues dating from 1865 through 1910.  Two additional volume covering 1911 through 1918 were added later.  This set is 12 volumes. The books are 5 3/4”x 8 1/2” case bound in leather-effect tan cloth and cover almost 30 inches of shelf space.  They illustrate and describe everything the company produced and marketed during those first 53 years—firearms, ammunition, loading tools, sights and accessories. Very Good condition, most are still in original wrapping from the publisher. A rare opportunity.
