CONFEDERATE CSA BELT PLATE

Description:
While this sand cast CSA plate shows evidence of having been cleaned and the front polished, there are a variety of variations and tones to the patina that remains, from green/greenblue, light redish brown to darker brown, and variations in between, in the recesses and on places on the front and reverse as these pictures show.. The pressure points where the hooks were bent over when the plate was made are vivible on the front. There are file marks along parts of the edge that appear smooth from wear and age. The high points on the reverse are also polished from wear. there are also old micro abraison marks on the face reflecting a lot of use While I am 99.9 percent this is an original, I will allow a return for any reason minus the SH&I charge for a full refund on this item if you do not agree, return unaltered.
