Winchester 38 Cal for Models 1873 Sealed Black Powder Box with Metal Patched S.P. Bullets

Offered for sale is one full, SEALED and complete box of Winchester 38 Caliber Cartridges (38-40) loaded with Metal Patched Soft Point Bullets for Winchester Model's 1873 and 1892 rifles with BLACK POWDER. This green colored box does not show a picture of the cartridge on the front label but, has a 10/7 date and is extremely rare due to the specifics graphics used normally for shot and blank cartridges. Boxes of this type have sold for well in advance of the asking price.  The model 1892 is shown on both the end and side labels but, not on the top label. The pictures show the condition of the box much better than I can describe it. By buying this ammunition, you are certifying you are over 21 years of age and there are no Federal, State or local laws prohibiting your purchase or possession of this ammo. Ammo can only be sold in the lower 48 states. Some States do not allow on-line ammo sales, unless you have a state issued excemption form and you are responsible to know your local laws. Therefore, ammo will not be sold in the following  States: Alaska, California, Chicago IL, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York,  New York City, Washington DC. Ammo sold for collector purposes only and will not be sold where prohibited by law.
