The scarce mold has excellent untouched iron and edges throughout. The mold is U.S. Sub inspected with the letter "P" on the sprue cutter. It also has excellent original "COLT'S PATENT" markings on the top of the iron sprue cutter. The top screw is mint with original blue on it. The inside of the mold & cavities are excellent plus & untouched throughout. The mold is very tight as new. The mold was never blued and was finished in the bright.
