Offered is a terrific Weatherby Supreme 3-9 x 44 Rifle Scope in Excellent Plus condition. I have always favored these Weatherby Supreme scopes and used them on my rifles for many years. For those who may not be familiar with them they were one of the best scopes to ever come out of Japan. Weatherby chose this scope to install on their rifles and had them built by one of Japans best optics companies. They wanted a quality scope for their quality guns. During my hunting years I always tried to keep a couple of these with different powers in stock just in case a new rifle showed up. This 3-9 scope, while having been mounter on a gun, has seen little on no use and remains in near 100% condition. It has the duplex reticle which is the best for hunting and the one that I have always preferred. The power adjusting ring is very easy to rotate and it is one of the features that I always appreciated about the Weatherby scopes. Nothing is more aggravating than trying to adjust a difficult to rotate power ring on a scope when that special moment arises. Another great feature is that the windage and elevation adjustments can be accomplished using a coin. The adjustment screw slots are wide enough for a penny, nickel, dime or quater. Weatherby, being a hunter, incorporated all the best features in his products. They were practical and designed for the Rifleman. The scope tube is the standard 1”.
