William R. "Bill" Hurt Damascus quillon dagger is nonetheless than the one made to be presented to a panel of jurors at the ABS in order to get his Master Smith rating and it is Bill's masterpiece.The blade is 9-1/2" long, elaborate designed iron guard with spikes at each end and rounded spiral Gothic nut. Selected curly maple twisted handle with silver wire inlays, wood-lined basswood scabbard covered with Kudu antelope skin. Knife was made in January 1997 and it is knife # 121/251. Provenance letter from the maker and original incoice/receipt. Free shipping USPS Priority Mail with tracking # and signature required. No Trade. Sold "AS IS" and as a final sale.
