Shiva Ki Carved Mammoth Fossil Eagle Head Large Damascus Hunter Mint In Sheath Early 1980's Production

This particular Shiva Ki knife is from my personal collection of six Shiva Ki knives. 30.3 ounces. 17 inches overall. 10 inch blade by 1-3/4" width from a bit over 3/8 inch thick stock. Damascus Steel blade. Genuine Mammoth Fossil Eagle Head carved handle. Nickel Silver guard. Mint condition contained in the original and extremely rare wood-lined curly maple scabbard. Never used, never sharpened, never carried. Extremely scarce as a vintage knife, early 1980's production ( 1981). production. No cracks or checking in the ivory carving. Blade is not marked... see Shiva Ki response below.  NOTE: Special Limited Numbered Edition 260-page Collector's book on Shiva Ki is included in the sale, only 12 copies were printed.  Sold "AS IS," all sales are final, no return, no exchange.

Shiva can you recall that knife and why it is not marked anywhere on the blade? What type of wood did you use back then to make the scabbard?
