This is USGI and as you can see in the pictures and a servicable rifle stock. I have no idea whatever those letters and numbers mean. My M1 Garand knowledge is "zilch" and am using the estate where this came from as the authority. NOTE: Look close at the pictures as the item you see is the one you get.
