Rare U.S. Model 1811 Simeon North Flintlock Pistol
Description: This is a Rare Model 1811 Simeon North, Berlin, Connecticut with a spread eagle over U. States. The barrel is 8 5/8” long with eagle head CT and a V below it. It has a hickory swelled tip ramrod and appears to be original to this pistol. The inspector Cartouche mark on the left side is HHP for Henry H. Perkins. All of the markings are very nice condition and the overall condition is fine. Only 606 of this configuration were made. The mechanical function is very good and the smooth bore barrel has fine pitting from the black powder. There is a repaired crack on the bottom, from the trigger guard tang to the ram rod channel. I would consider trades for pre 1899 ANTIQUE PISTOLS and rifles on any of my items.. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO TRADE? Ask about our 30-90 day lay-away program.
