Description:
20 inch round barrel chambered in 22 Short with upgraded Marble's open sights. A beaded "2s" in the front and a folding leaf rear. There appears to be some distress marks around the front dovetail. Most thinning barrel blue remains. Has a disappointingly fair bore for such an otherwise good gun. Magazine tube has more blue than the barrel. Receiver has most all original blue with a little wear to the high points. Strong traces of case color on the hammer. Straight stock with a hard rubber shotgun buttplate. Non-grooved forearm. This is a good looking hard to find 22 Short only first year production Model 1906 rifle.
