Smith & Wesson Model of 1917 Brazilian Contract .45 ACP 5.5" Barrel Military Service Revolver 1937mfg
Description: Smith & Wesson Model of 1917, also known as the .45 Hand Ejector, .45ACP Brazilian Contract revolver, 1937-38mfg. This revolver features a 6-shot capacity, designed to accept .45 Auto Rim ammunition or .45 ACP in half-moon clips, as well as replacement checkered walnut grips with S&W medallions, with a polished blued finish and color-case hardened trigger and hammer. The pistol is marked with CAI import marks under the barrel as well, indicating that this was one of the roughly 14,000 Brazilian 1917's imported in the 1980's. The pistol is in very nice original condition, with a rich blued finish, small areas of wear and minor finish scuffs, as well as nice grip condition.
