DELUXE WINCHESTER 1885 HIGH WALL IN CALIBER 30 US
Description: Orig 30" full round #3 bbl. Globe front sight. Typical flat top sporting rear sight and folding Lyman tang sight. This gun is fitted with 3X grade checkered deluxe walnut stock and a cheek piece and rifle style buttplate. Stock seems over-sized. Assembly number matches the lower tang numbers so I believe it to be orig. The Factory Letter lists all the features except it has plain pistol grip checkered stock with hard rubber buttplate. Either an error or it was returned to the factory and fitted with this stock. Definitely matches the rest of the gun. Bbl retains about 90% somewhat toning orig blue.
