Serial #8348, .38 New Police, 4" barrel with a fine bright bore that has some faint traces of mild freckling within the grooves. This is a 1906 manufactured revolver that has retained 90-92% of the original blue finish with silvering and fading at the muzzle, along the sides of the barrel, as well as on the high edges and projections. Some further fading is present on the cylinder flutes, but the hammer and trigger retain excellent bright fire blue. The checkered hard rubber “COLT" grips have some flattening of the points, but are otherwise in fine-near excellent shape with only very minor handling marks and surface scratches. The lock-up is still tight and the mechanism functions flawlessly. This is a neat, .38 DA Colt revolver in about excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
